As set forth in more detail below, StayInTahoe.com collects personal information that you provide when using our online booking service. This information may include your first and last name, email address and a password when you create your StayInTahoe.com account.

You can browse this site without creating an account, but you will need to create an account when you use our online booking program. We may ask you to confirm your personal information when you contact our Customer Service Department. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.

StayInTahoe.com does not intentionally collect personal information about children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of eighteen but at least thirteen years of age, you may use the Online Booking portion of the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the StayInTahoe.com Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of the StayInTahoe.com Terms of Use, please do not use this site.
